At XpulseWear, we understand that plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@xpulsewear.com with your order number.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
2. After Dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- You may instead request a return under our Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
